ABA Hall of Fame Member David Fox Passes

From Morris Sheehan, President, American Bass Anglers

"It is with sad heart that we bid farewell to Dave Fox, American Bass Anglers Tournament Director from Central Georgia. Dave has been a member of ABA sense the early 1980’s and been an active tournament director for the American Fishing Tour Division 72 and the Georgia American Couples Series.   After a distinguished career in the US Air Forces Dave and wife Ann Marie settled in Warner Robins Georgia to peruse another career and fish. Dave had a passion for fishing and was always a friend to everyone and a mentor to the younger generation.  Dave and Ann Marie built the Georgia ABA divisions to one of the strongest in the country.  Among his many decorations and accolades was his induction into the American Bass Anglers Hall of Fame in 2011.  Dave led by example and will be missed by all".

Visitaton for Dave will be Thursday, December 29, 6:00 PM-8:00 PM at McCullough Funeral Home, 417 S. Houston Lake Rd., Warner Robins, GA.

Funeral will be held Friday, December 30 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 2410 GA Hwy  127, Kathleen, GA at 11:00 AM followed by burial at Andersonville National Cemetery.
