Jimmie Troxell Takes the win on Blackshear

Jimmie Troxell of Lessburg, GA won the RAM American Fishing Tour presented by American Bass Anglers Georgia-Blackshear Division 74 tournament held October 14th, 2017 on Lake Blackshear.  Running out of the Mega Ramp near Cordele, GA Jimmie brought back a five-fish limit that locked in the scales at 10.54 pounds.  He anchored his catch with a 3.24-pound kicker. Jimmie took home $337 for his victory.

Wayne Smith Lands First Place at Lake Blackshear

Lake Blackshear hosted a beautiful day for fishing, December 12th, 2015, with temperatures in the upper 40's to mid 70's, the water temperature was around 62 degrees. 12 competitors and a really tough bite; two ties had to be broken, Wayne Smith and Steve Phillips landed 5.15 pounds for first and second place. Jimmie Troxell and Danny Bailey both caught 5.13 pounds to come in third and fourth place.
