How Albert started fishing

Started bass fishing after watching a coworker in 1987. Joined Jacksonville Bass club in 1988 and since I have fished Mr. Bass of Arkansas, Redman (BFL) and numerous other tournaments.

Still trying to win the National. Always leave an event with a positive attitude and make a new friend.

Jig and finesse.

Fishing an ABA on lake Degray. I was going to Pennsylvania that Monday and my three favorite baits came into play. I finished second and had big bass. My grandson and I were able to make the trip.


Most challenging part of tournament fishing

Trying to adjust to the weather changes.


When tournaments don't go my way

Get over it and make adjustments for the next tournament.


Advice to give to an aspiring tournament angler:

Nothing goes the way you always want it to.
