What you should know about Paul:

How Paul started fishing

Aspirations or goals with fishing

Favorite way to fish

I enjoy shakeyheads fishing. The set up is very light and I can feel every inch of the bottom. But I can't rule out pitching into heavy cover either.

Most exciting fishing experience

How Paul prep for a tournament

Three favorite search baits

Mizuo top water baits, spinnerbaits, square bill crankbaits.

Best tournament finish and what you did that day when you were fishing.

I've never placed in an ABA tournament, but I did win first place in another club tourney. It was a on a generator powered lake...They just couldn't resist the popper.

Most challenging part of tournament fishing

When tournaments don't go my way

I learn from it. When I'm going as a co-angler, I try to listen to the boater and absorb his knowledge to become a better angler.

Advice to give to an aspiring tournament angler:

Never Give Up. I know you hear it all the time, but one day your big bass will come knocking. It's been over 20 yrs since I had a huge bass.
