Welcome to the American Fishing Tour

Sean Lloyd Wins on Quaboag

Sean Lloyd won the Ram American Fishing Tour Division 97 tournament held May 1, 2016, on Quaboag Pond in Brookfield Mass. Sean managed to catch a limit. His five bass of 11.56 pounds earned Sean a first place along with a check for $451.

In second, was last year’s D97 AOY Tim Brecht with 11.03 pounds.  He finished with some valuable points and a check for $254.  Third place was won by Jesse Via who walked away with $79.

Mark Schultz was our big bass winner with a 5.99 pound largemouth.

The day started off cold and windless with a glass calm lake and didn’t warm up due to sunless skies and intermittent rain.  At one point we even had some small hail beat down on us.  Water temps were right around 56 degrees and a few fish were beginning to spawn.
