LeBlanc Wins on East Brimfield Reservoir
Paul LeBlanc of Medway, Massachusetts won the D97 event held July 17, 2016 on East Brimfield Reservoir with a weight of 21.55 pounds. Paul caught most of his fish flipping a brush hog in the grass but also managed to catch them with a buzzbait early on. Anchoring Paul’s bag was a pair of 5 pound largemouths. For his win, Paul took home a check for $432 as well as some needed points.
In second place was Sean Lloyd of Springfield, Massachusetts with five fish for a total weight of 16.56 pounds.
The day started off clear and warm and got to 90 degrees by weigh-in time. Wind was calm throughout the day with only a mild breeze in the afternoon.

These anglers are earning valuable points toward the divisional angler of the year title. The points champion from each division will compete in the annual Ram American Bass Anglers AFT Angler of the Year Final Round at the Ram American Fishing Tour National Championship.
The Ram American Fishing Tour offers low cost, close to home bass tournaments that are designed for the weekend angler. All ABA anglers fish for money and points.
